An Interview with Me
What are you most passionate about?
I think living is what I am most passionate about. Life is like a resume, it should be impressive, at least to oneself. I like to see the creativity, humor, and beauty in everything and everyone. I strive for new experiences and knowledge. I travel often to experience new places and people or to spend time with those I love. No breath should be wasted. No small fortune should be taken for granted. Live life, taste death.
What are the THREE things for which you are MOST thankful?
1) My Friends: I have many true friends that are close enough as to consider them family.
2) My Life Experience: I have lived an amazing, fruitful life, full of love and adventure. After having come so close to losing it in Iraq, I'll never again take a single breath for granted.
3) Family: My family remains the single most important thing in my life.
Other than your parents, who has been the most influential person in your life and why?
My best friends have helped me stay sane over the years. They have provided me with guidance, support, honesty, loyalty and a couch to crash on :) I would be a much different person with out their love and friendship.

What are three of your BEST life-skills?
- I can tell a story. I know what makes a good one.

Other than your appearance, what is the first thing that people notice about you?
I am usually friendly, outgoing, and have the ability to bring humor into any situation. I'm sort of a social butterfly.
What is the ONE thing that people DON'T notice about you right away that you WISH they WOULD?
I'm right behind you in traffic, I drive a large 4-wheel drive vehicle, and I have a very low tolerance for poor and distracted drivers.
How do you typically spend your leisure time?
I'm a filmmaker, so I'm usually either behind a camera or behind a computer. However, I like to travel extensively. If I get the chance to go I'm gone.

Describe the last book that you read and enjoyed. What was it about? What did you like most about it?
The Veteran's Administration Benefits Handbook. Told me all little goodies I'm eligible for. Free College! Yeah baby! Too bad I've already dropped over a hundred grand on an MFA. You can't have too many college degrees can you?
